Walk & Creek Play

Join us on Sunday Afternoon for a nice flat walk by the water and then some creek play.

The path has different terrain but it jogging stroller/wheelchair friendly. When we get to the creek access area it can be a little bit loud because it is near a highway bridge. You could bring ear protection if you want to be prepared. The walk is less than a half mile to the creek access. Pack your own snacks and water.I suggest water shoes in the creek and bringing a towel, bug spray, and a change of clothing.

This is one of my favorite local hikes, there is alot of geology! you can bring a small ball or cup to take home some fun rocks.

This is a Dog friendly park so dogs may be present at this event or next to it at the park .

This is a very relaxed low stress environment for Neurodiverse Families to spend time around one another. There is no restriction or itinerary.  It will mostly be families with children of all ages, but you may also come alone if you are a neurodiverse adult and would like to socialize.

The park is in the back of the allendale neighborhood, if you follow your gps it will take you to the gravel road and the parking lot by the creek. Meet by the suv with the Neurodiverse Network Logo.
