About the Class 

Learn basic yoga poses, grounding and practice relaxation techniques.

These sessions will focus on bringing awareness to your nervous system through breath and movement. This inclusive flow welcomes beginners and individuals new to relaxation techniques!

About the Instructor 

I am a certified yoga instructor, who loves to share the power of creating a mind-body connection with those around me. Yoga has helped me find my breath, my voice, and my strength. Breath work and intentional movement helps regulate our neurodivergent household daily. It is a practice, and sharing this practice with others brings me great joy.

About the Space 

This will be held on the accessible first floor of our building and includes access to our self serve cafe area during or immediately following the program.

You will also have access to the upstairs rental library and makerspace during this event, please note that the second floor is not fully accessible.
