Calm Down Card
This is to be used as a tool to help a child or adult to regulate their emotions and mood.
Communication Card
This card is to be used as a tool to help a child or adult communicate via this chart instead of verbally*.

*This is not intended to replace the use of an AAC device. It should act as an aid in communication, if someone suddenly becomes unable to speak.
